if i may, this is all backwards. forget the docs. get some thyroid gland from nutrimeds and take it generously. use the bovine if youre not hypo. take the porcine if you are. adjust accordingly. you need nutrition and detox and the body knows what to do. there is no such thing as autoimmune. the flesh is so toxic the immune system cant recognize it. thats not some magic response. thats a response to poisoning and malnutrition in combination.

look for support for that. its the truth. i think stopping Iodine is a mistake and i think youre not taking enough. its up to you to work that out. fwiw
