Hi Gina,

I do believe I might have low Iodine because all the symptoms seem to match - and physicians never found any deviants in my thyroid hormone blood work. Strangely enough, no one ever bothered to check my Iodine levels!

The onset of Sjogren's, feeling extreme cold to the point of hypothermia, extreme fatigu (sleep up to 16 hours/p/day, couldn't even hold a pocket book without falling over), slight goiter and low libido, all occured at the same time.

So I'm willing to give the Iodine a go.

The only thing I'm hesitant about is iodine causing anxiety in me. Emotionally I'm a very sensitive person.
