I'm so glad to find this forum! I'm on my fourth Water Fast and am experiencing symptoms I've never experienced on any of the other fasts. I thought something must be seriously wrong with me, until I found this forum and found that all my symptoms are common detox symptoms. There is, however, one symptom I have not found discussed, and that is ITCHING!! I have started itching and feeling the need to scratch and it is pretty annoying. As soon as I scratch one place, another place starts to itch. Has anyone else dealt with this? Maybe it has been mentioned on here and I just haven't seen it yet. Please tell me this won't last long!!
