Kefyr contains candida kefyr and smilar strains, which re harmful, as any other fungi (beside S. Boulardii) if u ve candida.

Unfortunatelty 90% of internet is full of pseudo Science articles and adivces wich are harmful for your health. Don't read that stuff, those idiots, who writs it, should meet with adequate penalty.
