It is best to do an enema after a flush to help you feel better. Very common to feel bad after a flush.

I get hypoglycemic symptoms and diet is the way I've dealt with it. I eat low fat, high carb wholefood vegan diet. Look up Dr. Neal Barnard and his book on diabetes. However it is difficult for me to fast on the day of the flush. I usually get a bit depressed.
