Hello, thanks for replying.
Today is day 11 of my water fast. I still haven't budged from 18st 12lbs-19st, i keep fluctuating around these ranges. I know about water retention and gaining weight due to somedays being hydrated and other days being dehydrated. However, if i was also losing fat, wouldn't i still see a decrease in weight by losing fat? I think i've also lost an inch around my stomach.
