Hi! I just made new account to anwer your question. Here is my experience. I had eczema from the birth. I tried everything to cure this disease but nothing helped until I found out about candida connection. So this spring during my school years I began to eat olive leaf extract everyday. And after two months, my eczema exploded . I got rash all over my body and skin started to peel off. Die off symptoms was really bad and here was the reason i found out. 1, i wasnt on a strict diet. I ate rice and vegetable soup and fruits. Seems healthy diet but rice and fruits were feeding my candida. 2. My liver was so weak to handle die off. After all the medication i took during my life time, my liver couldnt function well enough to get rid of all the toxin out from my body. 3. Emotionally and physically i was exhausted which impaired my immune system. So what I did was .. I stopped consuming capsule. And took bath everyday to get rid of all the toxin out of my body. I took antihistamine and some protopics cream to calm down my rashes. Then I began to start strict diet. No sugar, No fruits(bear with me. Some says is good but i always got white tongue and sore throat after eating some),No high carbohydrate food, no yeast. I am now only eating organic beef, leafy greens, grapefruit(not much sugar and it kills candida), brown rice bread with no yeast,no sugar just brown rice, coconut milk, and oat bran( low carbohydrate with lots of fiber) and some time granola with no sugar. Also eating goat's yogurt, and probiotic. Funny thing was during that 2 month disaster, my face eczema disappeared. And i had this really bad rashes in my body which never happened before. So i am thinking that olive leaf extract did work or it might be allergic reaction to itself or the toxin might have caused the allergic reaction. Right now i am so much energetic and feel lighter after i started my diet. All of my skins became normal except for some few patches in my arm. I am only taking coconut oil,par'd arco tea at the moment. And also I am using tee tree oil and EM biotics in my bath to kill and candida in my skin. Hope this help.
