Hi! I have done quite a few fasts in the past, my most intense being 19 days. Typically they range from 3-10 days. This one will be the longest one by far but hopefully I can do it! I plan on updating a lot on here to keep myself and others motivated! Today was just a juice day to wean myself in to the true fasting, I water fasted for 2 days before this, then today I juiced and tomorrow (well technically today now that it is after midnight lol!) is pure water until aug 7th! Best of luck on your fast as well!! :)
