me too. It has endocrine disruption effects which vary from person to person, there is no set rule that applies to all persons as to how much is too much. It can impact calcium metabolism, but in my opinion there is a better way of accomplishing that without impacting hormonal enzymes, and for that reason I'll never take any boron again
