Thanks so much for this info - taurine might make a big difference as it definitely feels like my liver just can't build up enough pressure to push anything out. I will try the taurine - sounds like it could help a lot with CNS irritation and adrenal fatigue too, yay! I'm also vegan which can lead to taurine deficiency..

Also, were the artichokes you ate out of a jar? Or fresh? I think I can only get the jarred ones here...

Will try them anyway :)
