It is very important u get your bowels working before u put alot of meds in your body. Epsom Salt flushes and lots of prune juice and apple juice are the cheapest ways. U can also buy disposible enemas for about a dollar. Eat and drink everything that makes u have a bowel movement, fruits and veggies and go as natural as u can. A once a month bowel movement is not good, u could get mega colon if u can get an mri of your colon i would do it. Buy exlax if its all u can afford, some of the treatments can get pricey. Once your bowels are moving there are many med-herb protocols u can try. And goat colustrum helps the colon to heal once youve got it working. DE for me causes more constipation, its not to expensive if u want to see if helps but i wld seriously get some prune and apple juice in u first.
