I just finished my 5th flush a few weeks ago and I have to admit im feeling really lousy. Ive got some brain fog, confusion and general lousiness. I ve also now got some joint weakness.

Im thinking I want to get a colonic, but I dont really have the money right now and I was wondering if there was anything else I could do at the moment. I started taking some emergen c packets for the electrolytes but other then that feeling pretty toxic. Has anybody just decided to take another dose of espom salts and did it work to flush out?

I need some advice
