Someone please help me


My problems are getting worse
Some days I wanna give up
Some days I contemplate suicide

It hurts
Idk what else to do anymore
I'm tired
I get anxiety and almost get violent now I can't drive I can't see everything gs a blur my glasses hurt they have notches in them from these things
Still poop only once a month if that

Coconut oil helped a lot but considering I'm broke and can't work cause this crap I can't afford it like I need someone identify these tell me I'm not crazy tell me how to fight this before I give up PLEASE I have two girls that need me
