These images are when i am awake mostly like a walking nightmare. Imagine your deepest fears coming into your head in vivid colours you are not in control and they wont go away. It hellish, also they wake me up in the night. Its like a living hell...they are not there all the time at the moment some days some days not. Depends how active the bacteria are. Doctor keeps asking if i know these images are not real....the difference between psychotic and not is psychotic you dont know images are not real.
