It's closing on Day 4. I'm proud to say I've been able to have full days while cleansing, and even did a full tilt yoga class (the kind I do is very strenuous on a regular day).

Been doing the SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) religiously, and juicing the daily lemons has become a ritual. Had some interesting effects on this cleanse I've never had before, including the cold/flu symptons on what I now call Day 1 even thought there was a small food accident because the cold symptoms began after the lemonade began - I was already detoxing!

Today I've had a headache for 5 hours now, a mild annoying one, whereas it is very very rare that I get them.

DH is coming back tomorrow. We will see how this goes. I hope to do the classic 10 days, but it is quite hard with the epicurean husband coming home!
