It depends on whether you do the SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) or the laxative teas am and pm. I don't like the teas because not only do they cause me to cramp, but the elimination time is unpredictable - it can kick in any time. With the SWF, I can usually count on about an hour (off and on) in the bathroom in the morning, kicking in about an hour after I take the SWF. The rest of the day is pretty much bathroom free except for urinating. Although never take what feels like gas for granted - chances are it's not and you better hit the head just to be safe.
