All muscle twitches and pulsating symptoms are lack of Magnesium. I woul first read a book by Dr. Dean called "Miracle Magnesium" and also take Magnesium Taurate twice daily. Start low, 50mg dose and then more.

I think you did flushes too close to each other without giving your body a chance to recover. You are still detoxing from What you describe as symptoms after your flush.
