I didn't have any problems with over a bulb sometimes daily, and the capsules/gels are not as potent as the real thing. The one concern with garlic is that it is a blood thinner, and should not be used with coumadin (sp?) and may make you bruse easy. Plus it makes you smell bad.

It will also purify your blood and help to clean lymph.
