Few months later and I finally took another step: 2 KFC spicy wings a week ago and 5 yeterday. Oh, and an espresso this morning.

All these I quit while I was on "treatment".

You should see my face today: not a single reddish pixel (even though it stinged a bit this morning on the toilet). I can send a pic for disbelievers.

PS: obviously, I will not abuse, but I am just curious to see where exactly will the balance break again.
