I've battled with adrenal & chronic fatigue, anxiety, Depression and insomnia. I even tried Doctor Wilson's expensive regimen for Adrenal Fatigue to no avail. :-( Just 3 months ago, I started a different route, I had a friend recommend Plexus and it helped me gain my life back! I'm 43 years old and feel as good as I did in my 20's. I was diagnosed with chronic fatigue at the age of 26. I use to take 6 Valerian Roots for sleep and I no longer take them. Don't need them because Plexus helps me sleep like a rock! I no longer suffer from anxiety or depression. I've suffered from Depression since I was 17 years old. It also gives me good, steady energy to last me all day. And it doesn't make me nervous or jittery.
