i already did it..

its been 3 weeks i only ate veggies.. i stay away from fruits coz some fruits has sugat content like grapes, ect.

read about leaky gut..
coz leaky has soooo many effects to our body, it effect out skin, brain, colon, adrenaline, throat, even our hair fall, etc..
