If you are a smoker like me, and you are having difficulty quitting while still suffering from FBO, I'll give you a very interesting finding that I experienced with me and quitting cigarettes.
I have quit for a month, but restarted just a few days ago. During the last week of quitting cigarettes, I have noticed my breath not smelling of fecal odor any more. I necessarily did not think that this was due to cigarettes, as I had also cut down on Sugar during that time, and thought that that was the result.
Also, I have definitely noticed an amazing reduction of butt sweat/any liquid from or around the butt area. As a matter of fact, I can say that it has reduced by 90%. Even when I am sitting down for a long period of time, I can only sense a slight sweaty area around my inner thighs, but never around the butt. I started to notice this during the first week of quitting cigarettes. This was especially noticeable when I am playing with yourself, spanking the monkey, as before I would literally leave a thin line of sweat on my chair. After I quit cigarettes, that thin line had gradually reduced down to the point where it was no longer there by the fourth week (other than a few drops, which I believe was not sweat but discharge, since It stained my chair even now, unlike the sweat). As I remember, the liquid that builds up around my butt when I wake up from my bed was also gone.
So this is all amazing, and it is obvious that cigarettes definitely have an impact. However, what I noticed was a definite increase of fecal Body Odor elsewhere; especially my armpits. As a matter of fact, it would sometimes get so bad that I would be able to smell it. It is almost as if the source of the breath odor and anus sweat said "you know what, since I cannot mess up the breath and anus any more, I am going to simply screw up your body even more". It was very VERY bad. So bad to the point where I decided to screw it its not working and smoke again. That is when I noticed this difference.
So to all of the cigarettes smokers suffering from FBO, I urge you to be on a very strict diet while quitting cigarettes, and see what happens. I am planning to go on a strict diet on September, when I am able to eat what I want without any hassles.
