I am currently nearing the end of Day 13 on my first MC. I can tell you that my Day 3 and Day 5 were the worst. But especially my day 3 - I became very nauseous as well in the morning as I was attempting to drink all of the SWF. My head was very foggy/cloudy, and I actually dry heaved a little bit. The rest of the day I felt like I had the flu: cold, chills, achey body. But by the next day, I was 100% better. Just wanted to tell you to hang in there and that your reaction is completely normal - your body seems to just be adjusting.
