hey joe.

that's actually what I was thinking. I don't know if im going to do a cleanse, but I just purchased a liver regenerator and detoxifier from a very reputable brand. many of the comments said its helped people sleep through the night, and lessened their irritability n what not. it sounds promising, so ill try it out.

as for alchohol, yes, I was self medicating some underlying Depression n anxiety issues. as the alcoholism progressed, so did the mental illness. nowadays, im functioning, and I can put up a façade that everything is okay, but on the inside, im a pressure cooker.
