Sharkman, or anyone with advice.

I am desperate in searching for help.
I believe I may have a disseminated strongyloides infection. I've had symptoms going back to december. Twitching in my stomach first, along with an itchy bottom. In february I had an ache in my stomach that hurt to the touch and a few days later began having wriggling and twitching sensations throughout my body. I was prescribed albenza in march by a travel specialist who treated presumptively. It didn't really make a difference that I've noticed. In march following infiltrates seen on a chest xray I was given ivermectin. After taking the ivermectin in a few days I had some difficulty breathing and a rash on my hands. I didnt know back then that these symptoms could have been from die off? But I still have twitching throughout my body including in my head and also I wake up to random papercuts on my hands and arms. Im scared, I have 2 children and I want to be here for them. Doctors are basically saying that if I did have the infection the medicine I was given would have cleared it. I have ordered vet formula injection and was hoping to have a family member inject me but I am nervous. Also, I had a positive ANA test and I am concerned being infected for so long my trigger an autoimmune disease. Please help, anyone have similar symptoms? I don't know where to turn.
