yes...everyday. I've managed to fit it into my schedule I just need to get up 20 min earlier. your situation seems more complicated though. you don't want to do Coffee-Enema at night because it will prevent you from sleeping.

A lot of people that have intense AF actually can't handle Liver Flushes it seems. is yours mild? if you drink a glass of coffee do you get super jittery or if you fast for 10 hours, does it make you sick?

For magnesium citrate, you need 4 tablespoon divided into 3 - 3/4 cup just like the espom salts.
