Some of you may already know that I was rushed to the hospital delirious on 12/4/12. Temp was 104.7. First blood test came back shortly, Staph-B sepsis (means you have infection in your blood going all over your body).

Over the next 2 weeks I took 4 rounds of antibiotics, different one each time.

Came home from Tues to Friday and was taken right back. I'd had 5 toes removed due to this rampant infection and it was back again, so another antibiotic.

During my first visit, I had noticed the ligaments in both hands were contracted. I'd ask drs about it and they'd shrug it off and say we'd worry about that later. Asking drs over the next 2 yrs got no answers.

5/18/15 a resident of the hospital clinic gave it a name (started with a D) and said nipping the ligaments would release them, sorta like what they do to Achilles tendons. She wanted to go ahead and schedule me with a surgeon to take care of it but because of schedules, my daughters couldn't take me for several weeks.

OKKKK, it was contracted ligaments. Got stuff that might just take care of that. Sprays 1,2,3 are on my list of things I keep in my house and I'd used it on my hands when the ligaments got painful but it hadn't dawned on me to hit them hard, not having a clue as to what was going on.

Often, over the yrs, answers to mine and others health questions have just shown up in my mailbox. That's how Barefooters' Library came into being. Seems these antibiotics cause drying, contraction, even necrosis of soft tissue, muscle tissue can be involved also. OKKKK again, I'm dealing with something bf&c can help. SPRAY 3 to the rescue!!

People I had 6 ligaments standing at attention in my right palm and 2 in my left. This month alone, using the spray but pouring it into my palms and massaging it in, 3 of the 6 can't be seen at all; the other 3 and both in my left hand are MUCH BETTER.
