my symptoms are pretty much anxiety, insomnia, Depression (which I would more so label as apathy), irritability, restlessness, digestive issues, and strangely enough, inability to exercise because my body just becomes this radiating ball of tension (extremely uncomfortable)

I have tried, and multiple times each, seriphos, ashwagandha, holy basil, rhodiola rosea, etc.

I don't know how to treat this anymore. my biggest issues are the anxiety and insomnia. any ideas??
