Hello everyone. first post, as I don't know where to turn anymore and ive been reading posts on this site for years.

6 years ago, I did a salivary cortisol test, 4x daily, and my cortisol was sky high throughout the day. over the years, my stress levels have continued to be elevated, and I find myself unable to cope with stress.

a month ago, I had my cortisol tested again, 4x daily, and was told my cortisol levels are normal, but due to my symptoms, it suggests that I am now in the stage of adrenal fatigue.

I don't sleep, I have wicked anxiety, I feel generally apathetic and irritable, the list goes on. ive tried every adaptogen and adrenal supplement out there, all to no avail. I don't know what to do, and I would be so grateful for any responses as to what any of you think.
