DAY 11

I broke my fast with an organic red grapefruit by sucking the juice out of it. My body was not ready to quit, I was not hungry at all, so could have gone for a long time with the fast, but work makes it harder when I have to travel.

The pain on my bright jaw and lobe is there, but less then last night.

I lost total 15lbs in ten days. But belly does not fade.

I am planning another fast soon, hoping to eat raw foods and see if it clears out my issues.

Thank you all for the encouragement and help I got.
