Google Iodine deficiency I take Kelp Tablets, Vitamins, and Olive Leaf Extract. I forget antibiotics. It's about the immune system along with topical cleansing. I'm totally clear after five years of experimenting I tried different doses of the above that worked for me. After cleansing I apply Cetaphil Restoraderm cream. Bottom Line; Anything that lowers the immune system is bad(sugar). Anything that boosts it is good.
