I'm sure that I had every kind of issue. I was really sick. My approach was to flush and not worry about specific issues like heavy metals and parasites. I did do colon and kidney cleanses to help get the waste out. I notice that a lot of people take all sorts of supplements, etc., but I don't think the process has to be that complex.
