...oh and I forgot: don't forget that I recommended (clean!!!) Chlorella. I mean it. It's not a chelator so no miracles, but it sure helped me (after I only tried it to show myself that it's esoteric BS).
And one more thing: Following Amalgam you should get cement fillings, not composites. Composites just seal everything, but there still is Amalgam left in the tooth: The border between Amalgam filling and tooth is not 0/100, some of the filling material leaks into the surrounding tooth. The dentist cannot remove all because that would remove too much tooth. So a compromise is to get a cement filling even if that's not as durable, but it soaks in some of the mercury left in the tooth which will then be removed with the cement filling when that gets replaced years later. Otherwise the tooth will always be a source of mercury from what is left --- teeth are not solid objects, they have canals and are somewhat porous so mercury leaks into the jaw bone and on from there.
