Could anyone tell me more about the urine therapy ? How do you do it ? I drank my own urine for a while but I felt worse- I drank a whole glass of it; Do you have to begin slow, like few drops or can you just drink a whole glass at the first time ?
Can you be on medication and drink your own urine ?
I am interested in every thing that can help me so I would glady drink my urine if it mkae me feel better just want to do it the right way.

Furthermore, what are the supposed benefits and its mechanism ?
