The first thing you should know is that there is absolutely NO CURE for Seborrheic Dermatitis , all you can do is keep it under control. With that said...
You don't need any fancy prescription or expensive anti-biotic, I'm not here to sell you and snake oil to make it all better. All I want to do is let you know what keeps mine under control. Go out and buy yourself some Equate anti-dandruff shampoo from Walmart for around $5.00 (it will say it is specific to Seborrheic Dermatitis ), wash your hair with it and use the suds to wash your face with it as well, shower like normal and if the skin seems dry after your shower then lightly put on some petroleum jelly as a moisturizer which is only about $2-$4 depending on where you buy it. There you have it!! A fix for under $10 bucks!
Do this routine only 3-4 times a week or whenever you feel skin getting rough again.
There you have it, control the stupid condition and get your self confidence back.
