I need some advice please! Today is my 13th day of a Water Fast and for the past 6 days now I have had extreme nausea and have been vomiting at least 6 times a day. I am vomiting up a green-yellow substance and sometimes it is clear. Is this normal? How long can I expect this to last? I can't hardly keep any water down. Any suggestions for relief is welcome!
