I feel you and had experience like yours, allergen shots will do and antihistamine to ease allergies but consult a doctor first.

Of course hygiene is very important try to clean more often your surroundings, if you can use an air purifier to filter the dust in your area. Avoid moldy places too and do avoid pollen season.

Let your home or your area breath a fresher air, open windows as much as possible, so molds won't form, if opening windows can't be avoided, use a dehumidifier to dry the area.
