I purchased the book in dec 2013 after several months of trying to get rid of vaginal yeast infections. Doctors were useless. The protocol was complicated, I didn't follow it 100% (too many supplements, it got expensive) but I did beat it! It took about two months. After that' I started to reintroduce some foods, such as bread, wine and even the occasional ice cream or bite of cookie. (we all know they are not really 100% Sugar free). I also used Stevia to make treats for myself. I was ok for almost a year and a half. I guess I wasn't careful enough and the infections came back. The doctor gave me Boric acid to use and that not been successful. So I am going back pn Linda Allen's protocol and hope that it will work a second time. However, the book is protected by a password that I cannot find anymore? Anyone know it? It is now impossible to find the website!
