Hi

I wouldn't recommend any type of moistures as it is waste of time.

What the best thing that i would you to try is the skin liquid bandage it helps me alot to managing the sicknesses and i think it will heal the lips if we use probably.

I am planning to take my annual vication after one monthe and it will be for more than month at that time I can cover the lips all the time by the liquid as long as I can.

If you select moist method you will just going to do it for ever.
