I have had them for over 2 years and at one point thought I was going to die I was so sick. I eat tons of garlic every day, pine apple, pumpkin seeds (raw), I have noticed feeling better after eating lots of water melon and oranges. When I eat lots of fruit I try not to eat much food that day and you should get a lot out. I also do enemas with salt, garlic cloves, thyme and castor oil with warm water. Hold as long as possible. You need to get as many as you can out. But even then the die makes you so sick you might wish they had killed ya,.
