I would try to avoid any moisturizers that use large amounts of petroleum or mineral oil. All this just acts as a barrier, it does not help the skin in any way but makes it oily so that you will think it's helping.

Personally i would get something that help rebuilds the skin, im still searching for such a product but im currently using ceradan hydra that has ceramide in it from my gp and so far i feel its working fine.
