few questions regarding moist healing treatment.

I'm going to try this for a few weeks to see if i notice any imrovenments.

would appreciate it if anybody who has done this method for longer then 1 month to share their results. everybody seems to talk about this regime like it works but who has actually cured there lips from this? please share both positive and negative results.

my problem with this treatment is when crusts are left on my lips they get infected and they get a stinging irritation this is why i haven't tried this method previously. anyways ill see how it goes for a few weeks

also is just pure vaseline or aquahor the best way to go about this?

also getting them wet how wet can they get?

how many times should i apply moisturiser during the day? at the moment i apply 2 or 3 times.

iv started using dan millers triamicone acetone ointment for the last week so far its done nothing.

i feel my lips are just f***kked no matter what i put on them i get irritated stinging lips

and also the inner build up just sticks to my teeth during the night and goes all gunky and gross i have to remove it daily when i wake up this bothers me alot!
