Hi,

I'm planning to start a bowel cleansing but I would like to know more about probiotics. I read on this website that for the last enema it's pretty good to put some probiotics in.

On curezone I only read about Yoghurt Enema and Fecal Enema . Is there any easier method to get good probiotics ?

It's very hard to find something because there is a lot of conflicting informations on internet. I read that probiotics in tablet are useless, I don't know what to do.
