Many of them have probably no idea of what kinds of organisms they were infected with and if the organisms were killed or not.
Also many of them have probably used several treatments at the same time.
The only way to know if a specific frequency is effective to kill a specific organism would be to do an experiment with contaminated water/blood and analyze this water/blood with a microscope...

Another excuse
With all the money that you have earned by selling zappers, you could do some experiments with contaminated water/blood, that's what Royal Rife and Hulda Clark have done.
