Is it ok to take 2 doses of magnesium citrate and 2 doses magnesium sulfate for the Liver Flush instead of sticking with one type of magnesium only for the 4 doses? I'm doing this mostly for avoiding too much of an electrolyte imbalance, but I also know Epsom Salts does a better job at dilating bile ducts.
