Well I'd have to be careful with the Iodine as I'm already on thyroid meds... But from now on I'll take 1 tab of Iodine daily.

I can't tell yet if boron helps me loose weight. My diet is already pretty clean (low carb, no wheat, no sugar, plenty of veg). The only side effect I've noticed so far is a slight increase in dry mouth? (I have Sjogren's syndrome).

How old where you when you started boron? Maybe the effects are related to age?
