Hi, I cant tell you exact dosages; or what is the optimal combination in your case. I recommend searching for info; for Iodine at this forum. Then learn by doing.
Iodine may help alot, but can be tricky in the beginning for some people. I took over 60 mg daily before I saw results.
Boron; I took way over 9 mg daily for a good year, but my aim was to combat years of candida issues. The increased libido was an unexpected but nice side effect.


A couple of women I advised to boron Iodine etc; in their 60-ies lost over 20 kilos each, but they made major diet changes; went grain/gluten free.

No, I wouldnt worry to much:)
