I took ascorbic acid, now brand crystals, about 18,000 - 23,000 mg the first 2 days, then reduced down to 5-6,000 daily in tablet form for a week or so, then just settled in to 2x daily 1,000 mg.

Funny thing, last night out of the blue I started getting a little anxious, and had mild heart palps which were consistent for the last 6 months, but stopped when I did the V-C protocol. I took 2,000 mg and back to normal today.
