Water fasting is not a weight loss diet or weight loss lifestyle.

Water fasting is used for healing, and for changing lifestyle.

While it is possible to loose weight while water fasting, it is also possible to gain double as much after the water fast, if you don't change your diet and your lifestyle.

If you look at Water Fasting as a way to jump-start a new lifestyle, rather than as a way of loosing quickly a few pounds, you really have chance to succeed.

Water fasting can not fix excess skin.
Once you loose weight, your skin will keep the same size ... so you may have some excess skin.

What are the natural diets that can help you keep loosing weight once you end your fast?

- raw diet
- vegetable juicing
