I have really long, fast growing hair :)

I've never used ACV because it's hard on the body is you are high raw food. If you are eating lots of mucus forming foods (animal products), it can help.

But it would be terrible for me. It's vinegar after all.

To get your hair growing back, I would lay off the AVC. And I would grind up all kinds of seaweed, and soak warm distilled water over it.

Then just use the water, not the chunks of seaweed, on your scalp. you can leave it on- it doesn't show.
